Call out for boiler replacement

A landlady who we’ve worked with for several years got in touch over the winter about a boiler problem. We managed to get two engineers down to the property on a Saturday. They removed the 25-year-old Vaillant combi boiler and reinstalled it a new location so that it better suited the landlady and tenant. We then flushed the system and redid the flue, before recommissioning and setting up the system. Everything was working as it should within 48 hours of the original call.

Doctors surgery – urgent boiler swap

This was an emergency call out to a doctors surgery that had no hot water and no heating. We attended, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to install a new and more efficient gas boiler. This Worcester 8000 50kW boiler came with smart controls for improved efficiency. The installation was completed within 2 days, with all work carried out around the surgery’s opening hours to minimise disruption.
